Delete Your Account and Data
At Uzu, you have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account, all associated data (including your profile, encrypted AI memories, chat history, and uploaded media) will be permanently removed from our Supabase servers.
Inside the Uzu App
RecommendedOpen the Uzu app and go to your Profile/Settings.
Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account".
Confirm your choice. Your data will be instantly and permanently deleted.
Via Email Request
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request data deletion by sending an email to uzuapp2@gmail.com.
To process your request, please:
- Send the email from the address associated with your Uzu account.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- We will process your request within 7 days.
What about data on your device?
Uzu is local-first: conversations and memories stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the app. Deleting your account removes everything synced to our servers.
